Refunds

How payments and refunds work.

Last updated 20 October 2026

Crypto payments are final

Payments are made on a public blockchain and cannot be reversed by us or by you.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except where the law requires it. Please check what the client does before you buy. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

If something went wrong

If you paid but your access did not appear, or you sent the wrong amount, open a ticket in our Discord with the order link and we will fix it.
