The End User Licence Agreement for Herbata Client.

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Herbata Client, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the client.

Your Licence

Your licence is for your personal use while it remains valid. It doesn't give you ownership of the client or permission to resell it, share your access, or give copies to other people.

Ownership

Herbata Client's proprietary code, design, branding, and assets belong to us or their respective owners. Third-party components remain covered by their own licences.

Information We Collect

We collect your Hardware ID (HWID), the licence key linked to your purchase, your Minecraft username, your client version, the IP address you sign in from, and records of detected sharing of the client. We use this information to verify your licence, prevent unauthorised sharing, and help protect Herbata Client against cracking.

Cracking, Auth, and Leaks

Except where applicable law or third-party licences allow it, you must not crack, deobfuscate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Herbata Client. This includes removing, disabling, spoofing, or bypassing its authentication, HWID binding, or licence checks. You must not remove these protections to share the client with others or use it without a valid licence. Sharing login details, licence keys, or authentication tokens to give others access is prohibited, as is leaking or distributing unauthorised copies of the client or its proprietary code. Attempting these actions or knowingly helping someone else also breaks these terms, even if unsuccessful or done for free. Breaking these rules may result in a ban and your licence being revoked.

Downloading Cracked or Leaked Copies

If we confirm that you knowingly downloaded or used an unauthorised cracked or leaked copy of Herbata Client, you will be blacklisted from our community and services, and any licence you hold will be revoked. These downloads can contain RATs, account stealers, or other malware that can compromise your accounts and device when run. People distributing malicious copies can make money by stealing or selling your data, even when the download is free. Only download Herbata Client through our official channels.

Scams and Malware

Using Herbata's name, branding, or community to scam people, steal accounts, or spread malware is not allowed. This includes offering a "free Herbata Client" download that actually contains a RAT, account stealer, or other malicious software. Anyone found doing this will be banned from our community and services, and any Herbata licence they hold will be revoked. This applies whether or not they use the real client.

Updates

We'll update Herbata Client frequently with bug fixes, improvements, and new features. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll let you know and ask you to accept them again where legally required.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds except where required by law. Please check the client's features and requirements before purchasing. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

No Warranty

We work to keep the client running properly, but we can't promise it will always be free of bugs or interruptions. Herbata Client is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
