Herbata will never ask for your password, your seed phrase or a payment outside the checkout page. Anyone who does is not us.
Common questions
I paid. Where is my access?
It unlocks as soon as your payment has enough confirmations: 1 for Bitcoin, 2 for Litecoin and 6 for Ethereum. The order page updates by itself and your dashboard then shows your key and the download.
I sent the wrong amount.
Up to 1% short still counts. If you are more short than that, send the rest to the same address while the order is open. If you sent too much, open a ticket in our Discord with the order link and we will sort it out.
Can I use it on a second PC?
A license is tied to one PC. You can move it to another from your dashboard, or with /resethwid in Discord, once every 7 days.
How do I renew?
Buy 1 Month again and 30 days are added to the end of your license. A Lifetime license never expires.
Does Lifetime really mean lifetime?
Yes: it never expires, and it keeps working as long as you follow the Terms.
How do I delete my account?
Open a ticket in our Discord and we will delete your account and its order history.
